To comply with UK Government Legislation, we must ensure that our nicotine-based products are only sold to individuals over the age of 18. To view this legislation, please follow this link. The relevant section can be found under part 5, welfare of children, subheading 92.

We are unable to perform the necessary age verification checks to comply with this legislation if orders are taken over the phone. We, therefore, ask that you process you order through our website.

We process orders quickly when they arrive, so if you find that a mistake has been made, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible.

To ensure our customers receive their e-liquids as soon as possible, we process orders quickly once they are received. If you wish to cancel an order you have placed, please contact us immediately. If the goods have not been shipped and can be stopped, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund. If the order has been passed to one of our delivery partners, then we will be unable to cancel the order. In this instance, please contact us when the order is received to arrange to return the items.

In the unlikely event that a product becomes out of stock, the item can still be ordered. As soon as we receive new stock, your order will be despatched on a next day delivery. If your order contains both in and out-of-stock products, we will send you what we have straight away and send the out-of-stock product when the item is replenished.

We use Royal Mail 1st class postage for most orders, and this service does not provide tracking information. For larger orders, we occasionally use UPS, and in these instances, tracking details can be provided. Please get in touch with us by one of the following means for details;

We accept all major credit and debit cards. As of 7/6/2022, we are no longer able to accept payments through Paypal due to their new policy of prohibiting the sale of cigarettes, non-cigarette tobacco products, and e-cigarettes. We apologise if this causes any issues for our customers.

Delivery is free of charge on all orders over £30.00. We use Royal Mail 1st Class postage for the majority of orders. We may, at our discretion, use a Royal Mail signed for service or UPS for higher-value orders. Orders below £30.00 will incur a shipping and handling fee of £2.95.

This is not a service we currently offer. If you are unable to accept a postal delivery, we will be happy to supply details of your local stockist of Red Vape products.

On October 1st 2015, new government legislation came into force covering the ‘Prohibition of sale of nicotine products to persons under 18’.

To ensure we fully comply with this legislation, when processing your first order through www.redvape.com you will be asked to prove that you are over 18 years of age. We carry out this check once your order has been placed with our age verification providers. If our checks are positive and confirm you are over 18, we will accept your order and ship your e-liquids. If our checks fail to prove you are over 18, we will email you asking for documents confirming your age.

If we are unable to confirm you are over 18 years of age, then your order will be cancelled.

You are only required to prove your age once. Once we have the details confirmed, your Red Vape account will be marked as checked.

The process we are using to confirm our customer’s ages is the least intrusive available on the market. You will notice very little difference in the ordering process as the age checking is done after the order is placed.
