Corojo tobacco is widely used in the production of cigars and is primarily used in the making of their wrappers. First developed in Cuba, it is now grown in the Jamastran Valley in Honduras and in western Kentucky in the US.
Corojo was first grown by Diego Rodriguez at his farm In Santa Ines del Corojo, and this is where the tobaccos name is derived from. For much of the 20th century, it was the only variety of tobacco used for Cuban cigar wrappers, thanks to its thin and supple properties and its unique spicy taste. In recent times Corojo’s use in cigars has been on the demise, and pure versions of the variety are no longer grown in Cuba. We believe that this variety of tobacco has a lot to offer, and we use it with pride in our Appleleaf and Havano liquids.

The 18mg Appleleaf is my vape of choice at the moment, great Tobacco flavour and good throat hit. There is a nice hint of apple which those who like a fruity vape will appreaciate. I’ll be purchasing more of this one in the future.

Absolute winner, I don’t normally do reviews but this juice is awesome. I’ve been using it on and off for 5 months now and it’s my go to liquid if I’m in the mood for something quality. I generally vape this one at night watching a good film, it has that relaxing, should be sat in a large leather armchair feel to it!

Tasty, a fairly mild tobacco flavour so if you like something with a punch perhaps look at the Perique or Shade. The apple is not overpowering but provides a bit of sharpness that works well. I’ve found this juice tastes best with the power reduced on my mod, the flavours tend to come through more and have a better balance.

I’ve been using Red Vape e liquids on and off for 2 years. They’re one of the main reasons I managed to quit smoking and I thought it was about time I gave their juice a decent review. I regularly buy Havano Gold, Shade and Perique but the Appleleaf has to be my favourite. It’s a mellow tobacco with a decent throat hit and I use it as an ADV most of the time. The apple flavour isn’t prominent but gives it a nice fruity, refreshing taste. There is no nasty aftertaste to any of the RV e liquids as you get with many cheaper tobacco juices. Highly recommend this liquid and brand to anyone who enjoys tobacco’s and doesn’t mind paying a bit extra for quality.

I’ve struggled to find a tobacco I really enjoy, had plenty that are ok but nothing that keeps me coming back. I think Appleleaf may be the one to change things. It’s a fairly light tobacco so if you want a juice with big flavour then perhaps look elsewhere. The apple is subtle, so subtle I nearly missed it to start with, but it builds nicely and gives the juice a pleasant fruity edge. If you’re looking for a light tobacco juice to vape all day then you can’t go too far wrong.

This was the last of the Reserva liquids I tried. I’d forgotten I’d ordered it at all and tried for the first time a couple of days ago. I’ve tried other apple-flavoured liquids in the past and they weren’t quite right. This stuff is great though, it could replace Trinity Creme as my favourite.
