As England enters a second national lockdown we want to reassure all our customers that we are taking all necessary steps to follow the World Health Organisation and local authorities’ guidelines. Our priority is the safety of our customers and team.
We’re keen to proactively keep in touch. We will update you on deliveries and service and communicate product availability, particularly on e-liquids in high demand.
We have made some amendments to the frequency in which we ship orders.
Our dispatch days will now be Tuesday and Friday only until further notice.
Order placed after 3 pm on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and up to 3 pm on a Tuesday will be shipped each Tuesday.
Orders placed after 3 pm on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and up to 3 pm each Friday will be shipped each Friday
We are working very closely with our shipping partners ensuing all the appropriate health, and hygiene standards are adhered to.
We have good stock levels on all our e-liquids and, although we are experiencing increased demand, new stock is arriving regularly. Our warehouse and distribution colleagues are working tirelessly and doing the best job they can.
