The content of this including names, images, photos, designs and other materials are copyright of Red Vape Ltd or its technology service providers or other third parties. They are the property of their respective owners and therefore all rights are reserved.
We grant permission to print, copy, distribute and display hard copy portions of the site as required to facilitate order placement. We also grant permission for sections of the site to be emailed or linked to via social media platforms. We are happy for blog posts and articles to be used as reference material and for links to these posts to be created from third part sites. We do not authorise the use of this material to be copied without written permission being granted by Red Vape Ltd.
2. Links to Third Party Websites
This website will, on occasion, link to third party websites. These links are included as we believe they add value or expand on content we have on our website. 3. Contract Formation
No contract shall be formed between you, the customer, and Red Vape Ltd for the sale of goods until Red Vape Ltd accepts your order by sending a confirmation to you by email that the goods have been despatched for delivery.
Once an order has been placed an email confirming receipt of the order will be sent. This email will confirm that the order has been successfully processed and confirm the items you wish to order from Red Vape Ltd. This email does not act as confirmation of acceptance of the order. The contract between us is only complete once the goods have been despatched and an email confirmation of this despatch sent by Red Vape Ltd.
4. Pricing
Pricing shown on www.redvape.com include VAT at 20% and are quoted in GBP. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Despite our best efforts, it is possible that products may be listed on the website with the incorrect pricing. Should you order a product that has been incorrectly priced we will inform you using the contact details provided when your order was placed. We will provide you with the options of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you choose to cancel the order a full refund will be processed.
Red Vape Ltd reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect price even after we have provided you with an order confirmation as the contract is only formed once goods have been despatched and a despatch confirmation email has been sent by Red Vape Ltd.
5. Secure Credit Card Transactions
Orders placed through our website can be paid for by Credit Card or Debit Card. All transactions are protected by our secure server certificate or SSL certificate which is the e-commerce website standard 256-Bit encryption key. This means any personal information and credit card details are encrypted as they are passed over the internet to our secure servers. 6. Age Verification

To comply with UK law we must ensure that all orders placed with us are done so by persons over the age of 18 years of age. To meet this obligation when processing your first order through www.redvape.com you will be asked to prove that you are over 18 years of age. We carry out this check once your order has been placed with our partners Aged Checked.
If our checks are positive and confirm you are over 18 we will accept your order and ship your e-liquids. If our checks fail to prove you are over 18 we will email you asking for documents confirming your age.
If we are unable to confirm you are over 18 years of age then your order will be cancelled.
You are only required to prove your age once. Once we have the details confirmed your Red Vape account will be marked as checked.
